Exchange Policy
At Olevra, your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you're shopping for wellness tools or lifestyle accessories, we want you to feel confident with every order. That’s why we’ve created an exchange process that’s clear, fair, and as smooth as possible — even while we continue growing as a small business.
⏱️ Eligibility Window
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

In unused, original condition

With all original packaging included

Not visibly worn or damaged due to customer handling
🔁 Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can be tricky — especially for rings!
If your Olevra ring doesn’t fit, you’re welcome to request a size exchange.
Here’s how it works:

We accept size exchange requests within 30 days of delivery - We require you to provide the requested details/videos via email to process this.

U.S. customers are provided a prepaid label upon request. Canadian/UK customers are responsible for all international shipping costs for exchanges between our exchange center in Texas.

Once your original ring is received at our Return & Exchange Center in Texas, your replacement will be shipped out promptly from our new inventory.

The size you’d like instead, including description of how off your size felt and your finger circumference measurement in mm.
- A quick video and photo to show how the ring currently sits/fits on your finger.

Please note we are a small business doing our best to get to all inquiries, please be patient with us as we will respond to your email as soon as we can.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't functioning as expected, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the defect (for verification and reporting)
We review all claims carefully and aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
💳 Returns & Refunds
As a small business, we generally do not offer refunds. Under specific circumstances such as being defective/damaged upon arrival, we may approve a replacement.
If you have received your ring in a defective/damaged condition and it remains in unopened, unused condition, reach out to support@tryolevra.co to request assistance. Our policy ensures that if for any reason your ring is damaged, we will get you a replacement.
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

Opened, Worn, used, or damaged after delivery

Missing original packaging

Returned after 30 days of delivery

Marked as Final Sale

Opened items (for hygiene reasons)
⏳ Missing or Delayed Refunds
