Shipping Policy

At Olevra, we're committed to delivering our product directly to your doorstep—quickly and securely. Please review the information below to better understand our shipping process and expectations.

Order Processing

Once your order is submitted, it enters processing immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled, including changes to the shipping address. We ship only to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

Orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. You’ll receive your tracking code via email as soon as your order is dispatched to our shipping partner’s facility.

Note: Tracking may take several days to update, depending on the carrier and your location. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you haven’t received tracking updates, feel free to contact us at support@tryolevra.co.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary by region. Below are our standard estimates:

Note: These timelines do not include our 3–5 day processing period and are only estimates. 

Attention: Due to high volume, during busy times please allow an additional week for processing.

While we aim to ship every order on time, Olevra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, shipping strikes, or other factors outside our control.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import clearance fees. These are assessed by your local customs office and are solely the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused and returned due to unpaid fees, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Olevra is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows your item was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but we rely on the tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations to assess claims.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We begin processing right away and cannot update orders once submitted. Olevra is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrectly entered addresses.
